Alhamdulillah,baru je KK about 1.5 hrs ago.. Right now having luncheon at one of the restaurants at the airport. Last came here was in 2006 if I'm not mistaken..perggghhh lama jugak tu..Nak buat mcm mana, no particular interest to come regularly..Tapi, selepas ni mungkin selalu berulang-alik KL-KCH-BKI ni.. Hantar emas lah, apa lagi..
Alhamdulillah jugak, sale after coming back from Penang & Kedah last week agak memberangsangkan.. Would like to outline the transactions here:
- 19 Jan 2010 : Pak Teh order 100 grams
- 20 Jan 2010 : Mak Chaq order 50 gram x 4 pieces
- 21 Jan 2010 : Bought 100 grams x 2 pieces from a buyer in Kuching (this was a really good & profitable transaction, I must say!!)
- 22 Jan 2010 : Mr. Khairul bought 20 grams
- 23 Jan 2010 : Mr. Syahrail bought 20 grams x 2 pieces and 1 piece of 1-Dinar coin
Minggu sudah memang antara masa yang terbaikkk membeli emas. Harga memang rendah & puas juga lah saya cadangkan pada kawan2 untuk beli..beli..beli..hehehe. Saya sendiri ada lock price tu untuk tambahkan stok yang sedia ada. Tak lama lagi Chinese New Year, jangkanya price will go higher, so kalau ada org nak beli dah untung kat situ..Dah nampak untungnya meniaga emas???
Sekali lagi saya terangkan procedure membeli :
- Customer tgk harga kat www.publicgold.com.my utk tahu latest price bagi setiap bar & coin.
- Bila rasa dah ok untuk membeli, call me to let me know. Saya akan suruh masukkan deposit sebanyak 30-50%.
- Bila dah masuk payment, notify me then barulah saya akan lock harga tersebut. Buyer kena cepat masukkan deposit kalau nak dapatkan harga yang dia tgk kat website tu, because on an active day, price moves faster than weekends. And the reason why I asked for deposit before locking the price, adalah kerana once saya dah lock, by hook by crook, saya kena ambik stok tu. So, only serious buyer will be entertained ye...hehehe.
- Balance should be paid before or at the time of delivery.

spread between selling & buying price is 5-6%. Price aku as an agent sama mcm dlm website PG, cuma on top of it company bagi commission 1.5%..sikit je pun..laku seketul yg 20gram baru dpt rm40 beb!!hehehe..That's why have to go for volume..
salam kalau mas putih xlaku ke..kalau sy nak jual nak ambik cash bole ke?..mas putih ade value x kalau nak jual jugak..ayuni

emas putih memang takde 2nd hand value mcm emas kuning/pure gold. Kalau kedai emas ambik pun mungkin terlampau rendah compared to harga masa you beli dulu. Kalau you nak jual emas kuning, kami mmg beli & you boleh ambik cash..immediately after we check the grade & weight of the gold tu. tq
